Background

After having completed the masters degree in Computer Science way back in 1996 and worked for a couple of software houses in Bangalore, moved to the UK in 2000.

Worked for ABS IT Services since Sep 2000 before finding my way to build this honeycomb in Aug 2021.

Experience

Have 25+ years experience in the software development, mainly any development work in Oracle database, but have deeper knowledge and experience in SQL Sever’s T-SQL and MySQL databases. Now a days, if you call something as “software”, I’d say I can work on it. Someone once told me, “it is not just you understand software, it appears the software know you are around, and behave well!“.

Leadership

Like everyone else, started the career as a “lone programmer”, but soon developed the skill and patience to teach / help others in the team, eventually the life has eventually taken me into the path of Lead Programmer, Technical Team Leader, Project Leader, Software Development Manager, and to the current position of starting Honeybee Software with a dream of helping more people to find their dreams come true as well.

I believe in educating people around me to empower them in confidence and skills that they don’t know they have.
